	Adrian W. Rosehill was a former partner at the law firm of Ashford & Wriston and developed extensive experience in commercial litigation specializing in real property, bankruptcy, collections, landlord/tenant matters (commercial and residential), mechanic's liens and business law. He has worked with leading financial institutions and commercial entities both in Hawaii, the mainland and abroad. He continues to devote a significant portion of his practice to commercial litigation. He has also served as an expert witness, mediator and arbitrator in commercial and residential landlord/tenant matters, and has further participated in seminars and been a contributing author to manuals and publications in this area.
