Alan J. Ma , a partner with the Honolulu Law Firm of Stubenberg & Durrett LLP, has extensive experience in the areas of financial services, real estate development, commercial transactions, business formation and advice, land use entitlements, as well as bankruptcy and real estate related litigation.

He has represented leading financial institutions, developers and other commercial entities in Hawaii and the U.S. mainland in connection with major retail, industrial, residential and resort projects in Hawaii.

In addition, Mr. Ma is a past secretary of the Bankruptcy Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association and is on the alternative dispute resolution panels of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawaii and the Mediation Center of the Pacific. Mr. Ma is also a Hawaii licensed real estate salesperson.
