	Jon A. Zahaby is Kauai counsel for Stubenberg & Durrett. He focuses on key corporate and real estate transactional issues in the areas of purchase and sale of assets, commercial leasing, land use, condominium creation, fractional interests, mixed use and resort development, project development and corporate governance. Mr. Zahaby is founding President of A.J. Zahaby Development Consultants, Inc., a Hawaiian private equity group with a ground up approach to development in the Islands. He currently holds office hours on both Oahu and Kauai and frequently visits clients in Maui.
