Jon A. Zahaby focuses on key litigation and transactional issues in the areas of real estate transactions, finance and capital markets, land use, project development and corporate law.

Mr. Zahaby is founding President and legal counsel for the Leeward Oahu Business Development Association, the Director of the Hawaii Chapter of Colon Cancer Alliance and a member of the Hawaii Society of Corporate Planners. He currently holds office hours on both Oahu and Kauai.
Mr. Zahaby is a member of the Real Estate and Finance and Kauai Sections of the Hawaii Bar Association. He is also a member of the Globalaw Raising Finance Initiative.
